The College operates in three campuses: the main campus is located in Rizal Street, beside the City Hall where the Tarlac United Methodist Church is likewise located. The main Campus houses the Pre-Elementary and Elementary departments. The second campus is located in Zamora Street, beside the Tarlac State University, where the high school is located. The third campus or the college department is located in Mangga II, Matatalaib, Tarlac City. This is also where the Grades 11 and 12 of the K-12 program are holding their classes. The Center for continuing Studies and Technical Skills Center offers Emergency Medical Training (EMT) and soon, may offer TESDA- related programs beginning with Homemaking courses.
